TABATA

                                                                                              

A full body workout which focuses on increasing fat burning potential using high intensity interval training in 20sec bursts. Tabata is about achieving the largest volume of effort and oxygen burn in the smallest time. You will burn more calories and lose weight faster in this fast pace 60 min workout which will be over before you know it.

HITT FIT

                                                                                              

This interval-based circuit class combines body weight with machine weights, STRENGTH training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to BLAST FAT, improve your endurance and get you in the ultimate shape.  With short quick exercise bursts to get the heart pumping you will get those calories burning.

WARRIORS

                                                                                              

This intense game-based workout ticks all the jump boxes, we have it all, interval training, strength training and single or team base challenges.  Everyone loves challenges 😊 at the end of this class you will be amazed at what you just accomplished and feel energised, confident, strong and capable because you made it to the end. 

POWERFIT

Strength training is a popular term for exercises that build muscle by harnessing resistance against an opposing force. Strength training is sometimes called resistance training, progressive resistance training, or weight training.
Our POWERFIT session will find that power within!!!

ABC (ABS,BUTT, CORE)

                                                                                              

Tone your thighs, tighten your bum and firm those abs in the ultimate body workout. Pure Legs Bums & Tums will target those stubborn areas using high rep ranges using your own body weight and weights. We can guarantee you will feel the burn and achieve results in is this popular class.

PUMPFIT

                                                                                              

A great Strength workout focusing on low weight or body-weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.  Burn up to an extra 500 calories throughout the day with PUMPFIT.

Our group sessions change every day, keeping you motivated and to prevent fitness/body plateau which is important to continue fitness for life, just as our mind can get bored so can our bodies/muscles.

Our gym not only specialises in beginners but we have all the facilities to keep you going and motivated to continue your journey to more advance fitness levels too.  So if your new to a gym or fitness or wanting to progress past the basics or push your limits to reach that new goal, our private studio and all instructors at Final Fitness are equipped to help you reach what ever level you are ready to take on!

At Final Fitness we have no joining fees, no cancellation fees EVER on a casual membership; we just ask that you give us up to 7 workings days' notice to make any changes to your account prior to the next payment coming out.
