Best Power Bowl Ever!



This delicious and easy power should be your go-to when unsure what to have for breakfast, lunch or a snack. The best thing about this power bowl is that it is super quick and can be prepped prior, even days. Also you can subtract or add ingredients as you like to make it your own.

Here's the base on where to start:

Frozen or Fresh Raspberries

Greek Yogurt (Chobani preferred)

Chai Seeds

Vanilla Essence

Almond Milk

Optional - Protein Powder or choice

Blend all ingredients together to preferred consistency.

Adding your favorite toppings can also be added prior unless it's bananas or fresh apples, add these just before serving.
