Breakfast Mousse

Ingredients

• Strawberries, 1 cup, halves (5.4 oz)

• Blueberries, 0.75 cup (3.3 oz)

• Greek Yogurt (Low Fat), 1 cup (10.2 oz)

• Macadamia nuts, 5 whole macadamia(s) (0.2 oz)

Method

Add fruit to blender, then yogurt, and then nuts. Blend until smooth.

Pour into tall glass.

Wait 2 minutes, and the texture will become more like a mousse than a smoothie.



Yogurt, Berry Delight

Ingredients

· Greek Yogurt (Low Fat), 0.75 cup (7.6 oz)

· Strawberries, 1 cup, halves (5.4 oz)

· Blueberries, 0.75 cup (3.9 oz)

· Almonds, 0.25 cup, sliced (0.8 oz)

Method

Place frozen berries in a microwave-safe bowl and defrost in microwave (or just take out the night before and put in the fridge). Stir or blend in Greek yogurt. Top with almonds.
