We don't believe in "Punisher Workouts". M Theory is completely strength based. We train to build strength, muscle, burn fat & have fun hitting PB's! We don't aim to thrash clients to the point of no return. The gym is empowering and should not be viewed as a chore. If you don't enjoy exercise it'll never be life long.

With our flex times you can rock up whenever you want within our coaching window and have a coach take you through your workout to achieve your goals! Our Coaching windows are..

 

Early Morning 5:30-730am

Mid Morning 8:30-10am

Afternoon 5:00-7:00pm

PT EXPERIENCE

For the first time, we can now have personal training for as low as $11 per session! Ultra PT was designed to allow everyone to afford the experience of personal training through a team! You can now have high level coaching & be coached closely on your strengths and weaknesses. Making the program suitable to each member specifically.

TEAM TRAINING

The M Theory community is built on its positive atmosphere, and we make sure workout buddies are made quickly. Our members regularly tell us how much more energy they have after training at M Theory. This is not a coincidence. Team Training amongst a supportive and encouraging group of like-minded people releases dopamine into your system, making you feel happier, less stressed and more confident. This, in turn, keeps you engaged and motivated towards reaching your goals.

NUTRITION COACHING

Doesn't matter what membership a client is on. All our clients get 1 on 1 nutrition coaching. We want to empower our team to make healthy decisions both inside and outside of the gym. Each week our members have a mentor review to access habits, nutrition and goals to teach the fundamentals of sustainable healthy living and training. We host events, celebrate each other’s successes and reward achievement. You won’t be doing this alone. We’ll be with you every step of the way.
